- It manages all site job roles and identifies whether an individual is competent to perform their current role.
- Additionally, it flags up changes within employee’s records, should anything have expired. Mosaic also has the facility to quickly identify any skill gaps on a project and at a group level. This can then also be used to estimate upcoming training requirements.
